By accessing or using the CYBERLABS website at www.cyber-labs.sg ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service lawfully and not to:

• Misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
• Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information via our forms
• Reproduce or redistribute our content without permission

3. Services & Subscriptions

Paid services, including Exchange Rates Ticker subscriptions, are governed by the plan terms and pricing published on our Pricing page. Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, and proprietary tools are the property of CYBERLABS unless otherwise stated. Custom software developed under contract is assigned to the client upon full payment, as agreed in the relevant statement of work.

5. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Exchange rate data is provided for informational purposes and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for financial decisions.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CYBERLABS shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
