About CXRate
CXRate is a real-time foreign exchange and cryptocurrency rate viewer and converter for iOS and Android. It streams live prices with clear up (▲) and down (▼) indicators, includes a built-in converter, 30-day price charts, and lets you save your favourite currency and crypto pairs to your account.
CXRate is an informational rate-viewing and conversion tool only. It does not offer trading, order placement, or brokerage services. Prices are for reference and may differ from execution prices.

Frequently Asked Questions
The rates aren't updating — what should I check?
Live prices require an internet connection. Check that your device is online, then pull to refresh or reopen the app. The app automatically reconnects when your network is restored. Note that markets may be closed on weekends, in which case the last-known price is shown.
How do I add or remove currency pairs?
Sign in to your account and open the Preferences screen to choose the forex and crypto pairs you want to follow. Your selections are saved to your account and synced to your devices.
How do I create an account?
Tap Sign Up and register with your email address. You'll receive a validation email — confirm it to activate your account. Once signed in, your favourite pairs and preferences are saved.
I didn't receive my validation email.
Please check your spam or junk folder. If it still hasn't arrived after a few minutes, email us at admin@cyber-labs.sg and we'll help activate your account.
How do I change my password?
While signed in, open your Profile and choose the change-password option.
Are the prices suitable for trading decisions?
No. Prices are provided for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as the sole basis for any financial decision. Always confirm rates with your broker or financial provider.
